Directly on the body: 

The green laser can be shone onto a specific area of the body to target vulnerable organs, bones, teeth or tissues.

o May be used over the entire body for 30min/day if in good health or if having serious issues, up to 6x/day.

o May be shone on the hands and feet. In reflexology, the whole body is represented in these areas. If a particular organ is causing an issue, the user can focus on shining the laser in those reflexology areas on their hands/feet.

o Do NOT shine the laser directly into your eyes!

Charged Water:

o The user can shine the laser into a glass of water and drink the water.

o Bath: The laser can be shone into the water of a bath tub as it is filling and the water is being agitated and also while the water is still. The body is then submerged in green laser charged water.

o A small 20 mL vial of water can also be energized by shaking it in front of the green laser. The vial can be placed in the user’s pocket and carried around to help improve the energetic pattern and overall wellbeing.

Traumatic Memories: 

Mental and emotional trauma can also be addressed by shining the green laser on any of the treatment options above while thinking about a positive memory or outcome. For example, if the user had an abusive father but can focus on the positive memories or lessons learned from their father then the user may begin to strengthen. Focusing on positive memories can help empower rather than disempower the user. Positive memories from that person may begin to surface into the mind rather than only the negative memories.

Thought/Mindset: 

The User can think of a phrase, for example, “I deserve to have a happy and healthy life.” Changing the subconscious mind can be difficult but the laser can help facilitate a shift in mindset.

DNA: 

The green laser can be used on a Q-tip with saliva or a lock of hair. The user can shine the green laser on one of the DNA samples to help an area of the body or traumatic memory being focused on while the light is shining on the sample.

o Ancestral Lineage: The User can think about the names or place holders for a person’s ancestral lineage. For example, the user can think about their mother or father. The user can broadly think about the mother’s lineage or the father’s lineage. Also important is to have the person think about their mother and father together and the user with their parents.

o Gestation: The User can think through conception, one month in the womb, two months in the womb, or even more detailed by weeks or days of gestation.

o Birth: If the user had a traumatic birth whether they are consciously aware of what the birth process. If the mother was in labor for long periods of time, experienced a lot of pain, had to receive a c-section, or if the baby almost died in pregnancy.

o Lifetime: The User can think of various ages of their life where significant traumas were experienced which may cause a weakness in the energetic signature.
